Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory one hundred percent (100%) contract performance and payment bond. It is the desire of the City of Tarpon Springs to encourage the participation of minority (MBE) and women-owned (WBE) and Labor Surplus Area business in this contract. While the City does not have any preference or set aside programs, in place, it is committed to a policy of equitable participation for these firms. If an offeror is considered for award, he/she may be asked to meet with City personnel so that the intended MBD/WBE/Labor Surplus participation can be formalized and included in the subsequent contract. NAICS: 339950. Explanations to Bidders All questions or requests for additional information are required to be in writing and may be emailed to purchasing@ctsfl.us. Questions must be submitted, in writing, not later than April 20, 2025. Any verbal responses to questions or changes or additions to the Scope of Services or any part of this ITB shall not be binding on the City or its representatives Estimated Range $40,000 to $90,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
