Project No: MXRD 16-0009, 47PJ0025R0049 The purpose of this project is to selectively renovate the Child Development Center, Building 1994, located on Hanscom Air Force Base. The renovations will provide a solution to the building's various system deficiencies, bring the spaces up to code and FC requirements, and update the finishes that were not previously renovated. The work includes, but is not limited to: Design: Provide comprehensive design services as defined in Section 01 33.00, Design Data. Construction and Construction Management: Construction includes at a minimum all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, administrative requirements, quality control, testing and balancing and adjustment, )&M manuals, closeout documents, as-built, and record drawings to complete the work. Commissioning: Provide commissioning services as defined in Section 01 91 00.15 10, Total Building Commissioning. Mircom is one of the acceptable panels used on base. New FA panel must conform to DPRFP ASHRAE 90.1 2019 is correct. Contractors must comply with the latest UFC 1-200-02 as posted on WBDG and its references including ASHRAE 90.1 2019 with respect to the proposed design and construction effort.
