Renovation of an educational facility in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Rutgers Law School Interior Upgrades This project will comprise of interior renovations to include new room finishes for seven (7) Law School classrooms. The scope of work includes (but is not limited to) new carpet and wall base, painted walls and ceilings, re-upholstered acoustic wall panels, new electrical receptacle covers and new HVAC registers. Bidder must comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34: 11-56.26 et seq., except those in which the resulting contract is not within the contemplation of the Act.
