Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000383696 The City of Ann Arbor is seeking qualified firms to undertake six specific sustainability and energy-related services in private homes and rentals in the Bryant Neighborhood of Ann Arbor. Each firm interested in bidding must be able to provide services in at least one of the following areas: weatherization services; mechanical contractor (HVAC) services; electrical contractor services; solar and battery energy storage contractor services; drainage, water, and sewer contractor services; appliance replacement, install and recycling services. The City anticipates awarding multiple contracts under this Request for Proposal) (RFP). The work to be undertaken as part of this RFP is part of a larger project to make the Bryant Neighborhood the first existing neighborhood in America to become carbon neutral. This goal was set in coordination with the residents of the Bryant Neighborhood and requires work to improve the energy efficiency, resilience, onsite generation, and health and safety of nearly every one of the 262 homes that make up the Bryant Neighborhood. To support this work, the City of Ann Arbor's Office of Sustainability and Innovations (OSI) and Community Action Network (CAN) have secured multiple state and federal grants. To implement the approved scope of work under these grants, the City is now looking to select qualified firms to implement the six areas of work identified in the above paragraph.
