Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) shall not be held responsible for lost or misdirected proposals. WCRC reserves the right to postpone a bid opening for its own convenience Please direct questions regarding this ITB to Julie Nixon via e-mail only to nixonj@wcroads.org The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities and/or informality in the bids, to split and/or accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Washtenaw County Road Commission. The Board also reserves the right to reaward a bid when in the opinion of the Washtenaw County Road Commission the lower bidder will not be able to adequately comply with the Washtenaw County Road Commissions requirements in a timely manner. Note: Past experience and performance will be a factor in making an award. The contract period will be for one (1) year, May 1 through April 30 A bid may be withdrawn by giving written notice to the Washtenaw County Road Commission before the stated due date closing time. After the state due date closing time, the bid may not be withdrawn or cancelled for a period of one hundred and twenty days (120) from closing time.
