The present locker room has running water, lighting, and bathroom facilities in it. There is a storage room next to the locker room, that separates the locker room by a concrete wall. This storage area and locker is under the first base concrete seating area. Scope Of Work- Complete demo and removal of concrete wall between the storage area and the locker room to open up the floor plan of the locker room Drywall walls with a drop ceiling, 10 ft height. Addition of 3-ton AC unit (Architect will explain where this will go at the pre-bid meeting) Private close off restrooms - 1 toilet, 2 urinals, 2 sinks New drainage, ventilation and lighting for restrooms Relocate hot water heater, and ice machine Storage door -double door with push bottom, exit door only Remove concrete barrier outside locker room entrance Paint and trim locker room Flooring in shower & restroom area to be put down Any lighting or electrical needs on this project.
