The Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, and labor necessary to complete the Work as described herein. Nearly all the bents and piles were demolished and damaged and the portions that remain visible above water have sustained irreparable damage. The entire superstructure and substructure shall be removed, hauled away and disposed of in a lawful manner. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Anna Maria Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/wbe's Are Encouraged to Participate in the Bid Process.
