Brazoria County will receive bids for ITB#25-29 Brazoria County Road and Drainage Improvements for CDBG-Set III/30N-General Land Office Bids are invited for items and quantities of work as shown below: Bidders are encouraged to submit unit pricing on all items; how-ever, multiple contracts may be awarded for the work as follows:Construction for County Road 30 N (L.M.I) A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of thebid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000].Th Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises,Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids. Brazoria County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Brazoria County for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the pur-pose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the con-tract award.
