Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Strasburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
ITB No. 2025-002 This project involves the removal and replacement of a 60" corrugated metal storm pipe that runs from the edge of Queen Street under an existing parking lot to the south. This project is for the Queen Street storm network replacement in Strasburg, VA Bids shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid bond. Bid security must be in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or a bid bond issued by a surety. All questions must be received no later than May 6, 2025 at 4:00 PM local time. Questions related to the ITB or requests for clarification shall be directed to Mr. Troy Cave, Project Engineer, by email to tcave@raceyengineering.com. Oral questions will not be permitted. All responses to inquiries will be in writing and will be posted as addenda on online It is the responsibility of all Bidders to ensure that they have received all addenda and to include signed copies of any and all addenda with their bid submission. The names of bidders will be announced along with the bid amount. Notice to Proceed (NTP): No Later Than May 28th, 2025. Substantial Completion by September 26th, 2025. Final Completion by October 24th, 2025.
