Solicitation for a new kitchen countertop for the Hawaii State Art Museum's Cafe. Replace the two existing countertops with new cabinets and hard commercial kitchen surface comparable to existing. Project includes new sink and fixtures, electrical outlets, and two new undercabinet refrigerators. CARPENTRY. Remove all existing cabinets and counters. Haul out includes disposal. 2. COUNTERTOPS. Back counter to have new Hand Sink undermount and existing stainless steel Ice Bin. Existing Ice Bin will be reused and installed undercounter. Both hand sink and ice bin will have New Faucets. Installation of Countertops. 3. PLUMBING. Supply and install a New Heavy-Duty Hand Sink (undermount) All New plumbing supplies and drain system (commercial grade). Insulated copper piping to existing floor sink. 4. ELECTRICAL. Remove the existing counter wall outlets and replace with New GFCI Receptacles. Existing ceiling light fixture work is not included. 5. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. Purchase and install 2 each undercounter, 2-door Storage Refrigerators. Owner to provide selection. (Owner has provided specifications/ model, etc.) This design includes one refrigerator (62 inches wide) in the front cabinet. Refrigerator must include locking doors and caster wheels for service.
