Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 24,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The Choctaw-Nicoma Park School District is requesting a design-build team assist in the construction of a new Vo-Ag Show Barn facility The estimated 24,000 SF facility will include a classroom/conference room, concessions area, restroom facilities, show pen with bleachers, queueing pens, wash bays, overhead doors, and site work to accommodate. It is acceptable for these to be spread across more than one building. Included are the furnishing of pens, bleachers, classroom furniture, and food service equipment. The location is remote, requiring consideration for possible utility accommodations. To assist with understanding the program needs, a basic floorplan was created by CWA Group, but design-builder has the flexibility to make changes to accommodate the budget and schedule, and submit as part of their RFQ response. Selection of a Design-Build team will be evaluated on the following criteria: 0 40 points Design-Build teams experience and qualification for construction of school facilities 0-20 points Experience working with school districts 0-20 points Design-Build team's experience working together on projects 0-40 points Proposed design timeline and budget strategy 0-10 points Proof of bonding limits and insurance 0-130 points possible No RFQ may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt for a period of at least sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all responses. The Owner reserves the right to skip the interview process and award directly upon receipt of qualifications. This project is TAX EXEMPT. Tax exemption designee letters will be provided by the Owner to the DesignBuilder. The warranty period shall initiate following the Owner's Final Acceptance of Work, including approved punch list, closeout documents, owner training, and commissioning.
