Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The replacement of existing streetlight poles, City wide, which are in poor condition with new poles. All labor, equipment and materials shall be supplied by the Contractor as required by the Special Provisions as and required to produce a fully integrated and working system. Acceptance or rejection of any tender will be made in accordance with City of Windsor Purchasing By-Law No. 93-2012 and amendments thereto. This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), approved July 1, 2017. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring bids are received by Purchasing prior to the Submission Deadline as noted in the document. The City is NOT responsible for bids which have not been properly identified or received on time.
