Reference Number 0000290237 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/11 02:00:00 PM EDT The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete work for the replacement of two (2) roof-top units, known as RTU-2 and RTU-3, of the second phase only, with new hybrid heat pump/gas units at the at the St. Clair College Ford Centre of Excellence in Manufacturing (FCEM) Building located at 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 6S4. The term of the Agreement shall reflect the construction activities scheduled from approximately May 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026, and shall include a two (2) year maintenance period. Bid Bond shall be in the sum of 10% of the Bid Price. Agreement to Bond shall state the Surety providing the Bid Bond is willing to supply a Performance Bond of 50% of Contract Price, Excluding HST and a Labour and Material Payment Bond of 50% of the Contract Price, Excluding HST. Reject any or all Proposals in its absolute discretion, including where a Proponent has launched legal proceedings against the Purchaser or is otherwise engaged in a dispute with the Purchaser Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
