The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit responses from qualified firms or individuals to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the new sheriff's office (MCSO) property and evidence building. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Manatee County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularies and technicalities, and to request resubmission. Also, the County reserves the right to accept all or any part of the bid/proposal and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of the County.
