The purpose of this solicitation is intended to establish contractors for district-wide asphalt striping, maintenance and patching for driveways, parking lots, and miscellaneous areas owned and operated by the School Board on an as needed basis. The services shall include all materials, preparation, (including cleaning of all areas of work), tools, travel expense, labor, supervision, travel, incidentals, and other related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications. The Contractor will coordinate a work schedule with the authorized representative from the Maintenance and Operations Department to insure the availability of the work area so as not to delay the execution of the project, to maintain traffic flow, and to minimize activities that might be detrimental to the work in progress such as automatic sprinkler systems, or other customer or construction traffic.'
