Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bradenton, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The purpose of this solicitation is intended to establish contractors for district-wide asphalt striping, maintenance and patching for driveways, parking lots, and miscellaneous areas owned and operated by the School Board on an as needed basis. The services shall include all materials, preparation, (including cleaning of all areas of work), tools, travel expense, labor, supervision, travel, incidentals, and other related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications. The Contractor will coordinate a work schedule with the authorized representative from the Maintenance and Operations Department to insure the availability of the work area so as not to delay the execution of the project, to maintain traffic flow, and to minimize activities that might be detrimental to the work in progress such as automatic sprinkler systems, or other customer or construction traffic.' Contract period commences on September 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022. The School District of Manatee County reserves the right to renew any or all prices, terms, conditions, and specifications of this Contract, for up to two (2) additional one-year period(s), upon mutual agreement by both the School District of Manatee County and the Awarded Bidder. Renewals must be evidenced, in writing, with the Signature of the Awarded Bidder's authorized representative and the School District of Manatee County.
