The Township of Woolwich is seeking qualified Proponents to submit a response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development of a mixed use housing development on underutilized Township currently owned lands municipally known as 22 Church Street West and 3 Maple Street, in Elmira (the Property), and will consider proposals for both a property sale, and a property lease.
