Description: This specification is for the provision of all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the flushing and CCTV inspection of gravity sewer lines described within the Request For Quotation and any other related requirements which may be authorized during the performance of the contract. Deliverables to be supplied by the Contractor will include inspection reports using NASSCO's interchange database format, PDF format, and video inspection files. All inspection records submitted by the Contractor will be subject to quality review and submissions that do not conform to the requirements of this specification will be rejected. The provisional lateral scope is intended to be every lateral on mainline pipes selected from the mainline work area. The lateral scope will be determined after the mainline inspections are complete, should the Township wish to proceed. The contractor cannot assume the lateral inspections will be on sequential mainline pipes. The Township requires the work to be completed in its entirety by October 10th, 2025.
