Renovation of a municipal facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 575-square-foot municipal facility.
Historic Courthouse 4th Floor Restroom Renovation Bidders should use lump sum pricing. County payment methods are check or ACH. Payment and performance bonds is required. SCOPE OF WORK: The interior renovation of the Historic Bexar County Courthouse 4th floor restrooms in the, approximately 575 SF of Restroom Floor Area (including men’s and women’s). The scope of work includes selective demolition, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. The renovation focuses on the public restrooms and entry vestibule. Refer to contract documents (plans and specs) prepared by Piwonka Sturrock Architects sealed March 31, 2022. The drawings have been marked up to reflect work related to 4th Floor restrooms only. Refer to associated attachments. The scope of work involves the following trades, but not limited to: wood framing, carpentry & millwork, door and window restoration, flooring, suspended acoustic ceilings/ lighting, tiling, painting, cement plaster repair, toilet partitions and accessories, modify existing electrical system, mechanical and plumbing systems, fire protection, and others Refer to General Conditions and attachments for additional information more detailed scope. The contractor is responsible for the field verifying any measurements and quantities prior to bidding. The company designated above, as bidder affirms, (or, in the event of multiple bidders, such affirms) that the only person or parties interested in this bid as principal are those named herein; that this Bid Form is made without collusion with any other person, firm, or corporation, that they have carefully examined the form of contract, instructions to bidders, profiles, grades, specifications and the plans therein referred to, and have carefully examined the location, conditions and classes of materials of the proposed work; and agrees to provide all the necessary machinery; tools, apparatus, and other means of construction; and will do all the work and furnish all the materials called for in the contract and specifications in the manner prescribed therein and according to the requirements as therein set forth. Complete and submit this Bid Form and Supplemental pages listed below, as part of your bid submission. Failure to complete and return these pages will render your bid non-responsive and will be rejected. The Commissioners Court established as a targeted goal that a minimum of30% of all procurement dollars in the areas ofCommodities, Equipment, Other Services, Professional Services, Maintenance and Construction are spent with SBEs
