The San Antonio Water System Master Plan and the anticipated growth in this area require a 24-inch sewer main to be extended from the existing 36-inch sewer main (Westpointe West Off- Site Sewer Extension Phase I) near the intersection of Elm Forrest and Talley Road in order to supply services to the Medio Creek watershed. A pre-bid meeting will not be required for this project.
