The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for the IIJA funded - SAT ATCT Terminal Facility Improvement Program (TFIP) located at San Antonio, TX. The SIR/RFP is posed in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review ALL attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any vendors for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement. Any proposal received after 1300 ET on May 13, 2025 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. All participants submit interest in writing to Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.t.trannguyenfaa.gov no later than April 8, 2025, at 1300 EDT for participation approval. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database web: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror submit a proposal in accordance with the SIR. The estimated magnitude of construction is between 3,000,000 to 7,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
