Site work and paving for a road / highway in Put in Bay, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of June 11,2025, the project was awarded to Erie Blacktop, Inc., with an awarded amount of $238,886.15.** The Project includes the following Work: Resurfacing of Langram Road from near Ibis Drive at the Village Limits to Toledo Avenue, a distance of approximately 1,700 feet with varying width of 26-30 feet . A certified check, cashiers check or letter of credit in favor of the Village of Put-in-Bay, Ohio, in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. The Village of Put-in-Bay, Ohio, reserves the right pursuant to ORC.9.312 and to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material irregularity in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
