Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Put in Bay, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Request for Letter of Interest/Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services for the design and construction administration of the Promenade walkway along the North side of Bayview Ave between Catawba Road and Hartford Ave within the Village of Put-in-Bay. The improvements will extend from the Boardwalk Restaurant at Catawba Avenue to the public dock Dock C near the Bayview Avenue intersection with Hartford Avenue. These renovations will replace the deteriorating promenade facilities with a new concrete walk. Improvements will include approximately 850 feet of 28-foot-wide ADA compliant concrete walk with new amenities such as bollards, bike racks, dockmaster shacks, benches with shade structures, turf grass, potted trees, and trash receptacles. These infrastructure renovations may include repairing portions of the retaining wall against Lake Erie to ensure stable ground for the new walk, as well as new safety signage Inquiries or request for copies of the LOI can be sent to Anne Auger, Village Administrator villageadmin@villageofpib.com.
