Renovation of a residential development in Warren, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Capitol Fund Modernization Grant Project The Owner intends to contract for the exterior walls to enclose the back porch and the finish materials necessary to convert the area to a utility room. The contract also requires the furnishing of a 8' by 10' concrete patio. All sites are located at "K" East. One Bedroom Duplex -2- Two Bedroom Duplex -3- Three Bedroom Duplex -6- Contractor's License at the time of the bid. The bid must contain the following items: 1. Bid form, signed by bidder; 2. A bid guarantee in an amount equal to five (5%) of the base bid. The bid guarantee can be in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the PHA; a U.S. Government bond endorsed to the PHA; or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder; 3. A Non-Collusive Affidavit; 4. Instructions to Bidders for Contracts Public and Indian Housing Programs (HUD-5369); 5. Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Bidders (HUD-5369A). The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract bid for any contract that exceeds$25,000.00 within ten (10) days of the Notice of Acceptance of Bid. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of the PHA. Bid guarantees will be Returned upon the sixtieth (60th) day All bidders must comply withthe requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State ofArkansas.
