Renovation of an educational facility in Osceola, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Lump-sum bids will be received for Mechanical Construction. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the replacement of the Elementary School boilers and cooling tower at 231 S. Kossuth Street, Osceola, IA 50213. Work includes demolition of the existing boilers and cooling tower and accessories and installation of a new boiler and cooling tower. Bidders will be required to provide security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond, cashiers or certified check, or certified share draft of a sum not less than 5 percent of the Base Price/Sum. Construction may begin on or after June 2, 2025. The Owner requires that the boiler work be completed on or before October 1, 2025 and that the cooling tower work be completed on or before April 1, 2026. The Clarke Community School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities in Bidding. Question Deadline 04/24/2025 Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than five (5) days before date set for receipt of bids.
