Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This work shall consist of installing curb and gutter, sidewalk, Pedestrian Ramps, and Asphalt Paving on West Granger Avenue and North Mitchell Street. The work shall be completed in its entirety on or before September 14, 2025. The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about June 16, 2025. ACHD shall be entitled to Liqui-dated Damages of $500 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. All questions or clarifications concerning the content and requirements of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be posted in the Q&A section of the solicitation located at the electronic . All questions or clarifications must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Monday, April 28, 2025 Any interpretation that may alter or change the ITB will be in writing, in the form of Addenda, which will be furnished via the electronic. Question Response Deadline:April 29, 2025, 4:30pm All questions or clarifications concerning the content and requirements of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be posted in the Q&A section of the solicitation located at the electronic. Proposals must be accompanied by an original or photocopy or electronic version, e.g. PDF, FAX, etc. of certified check, cashiers check, or a bid bond (collectively referred to here after as Bid Security) issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in an amount of ten percent (10%)of the total amount of the proposal submitted. The right is reserved to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD.
