East Entrance Gate Replacement (WBP 189)s Work involves the installation of a vertical pivot gate system consisting of two independently operated chain Unit fences each having a dimension of 7-foot 6-mch high including an additional 12-inch high three strand barbed wire extension by 13-feet 4 inches long. The project consists of demolishing existing gates and operators, providing and installing two new gates, operators and other minor related work. General: Cooperate fully with Owner so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner Preceding Work: Owner will perform the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations will be conducted prior to the work underthis Contract, Install extension to the existing operator concrete pad to enlarge to manufacturer required size. Concurrent Work: Owner will perform the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with work under this Contract. East Access Gate Replacement SUMMARY 1. Disconnect line voltage electrical connections to the existing gate operator. Subsequent Work: Owner will perform the following additional work at site after Substantial Completion. Completion of that work will depend on successful completion of preparatory work under this Contract Reconnect line voltage electrical connections to allow testing and operation of new gate operator.
