This RFQ is issued to identify a firm with proven experience in educational, workforce, and community development projects, particularly in rural settings. The objective of this engagement is to complete comprehensive architectural, structural, and site plans that will make the Regional Workforce Center shovel-ready by the conclusion of this contract. The selected firm will provide full professional services, including design, engineering, and construction documentation, to ensure a smooth transition to the construction phase.
