Sealed bids will be received by the Shrewsbury Township Board of Supervisors for Contractor to furnish and place approximately 6,000 sq. yd. of microsurfacing, double application. Question Deadline 04/25/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Location online portal. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with corporate surety in the name of Shrewsbury Township in the minimum amount of 10% of the bid price. All bids shall remain irrevocable for thirty (30) days after the date of the bid opening. Shrewsbury Township reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities, the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, and the right to award a base bid, an alternate bid or any combination thereof, at its sole discretion, as is in the best interest of Shrewsbury Township.
