Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ardsley, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Work of this proposed Contract comprises building construction, including related Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Athletic Field Work. See 01 1000 - Summary of Work. LUMP SUM BIDS A. Bids will be received for six (6)separate Prime Contracts as follows: 1. Construction. Contract #1 2. Plumbing. Contract #2 3. HVAC. Contract #3 4. Electrical (Athletic Field).Contract #4 5. Electrical (Science Rooms).Contract #5 6. Athletic Field. Contract #6 Each qualified Bidder may bid on any one or all combinations of contracts. The Owner will award the contract(s) to each separate contract low bidder. The award will be based upon the cost proposal, bidder's qualifications, and ability to perform the work. Bid Bond shall be submitted for each individual contract for which a proposal is submitted. Bid Bonds may not be combined. A. Perform the Work within the time stated in Section 01 1010 Milestone Schedule. B. All work for this project shall not commence prior to the issuance of Letter of Award by the Owner. The items of work shall be scheduled and completed as stated in Section 01 1010 Milestone Schedule. Failure to complete either date listed in Section 01 1010 Milestone Schedule, shall subject the Contractor(s) to be assessed liquidated damages list in the General Conditions and any additional costs incurred by the Owner, including but not limited to, Construction Manager, Fuller and D'Angelo, P.C., Consultants, Owner's staff, overtime, and legal costs as required to complete the scheduled item. C. The attention of the bidders is specifically directed to the provisions of the General Conditions of the Contract the General Conditions that time is of the essence to the Contract and that on no account will the Contactor(s) be permitted to assert a claim for damages for delays. D. The bidder, in submitting an offer, accepts the Contract Time period stated for performing the Work. The completion date stated in the Agreement and Section 01 1010 Milestone Schedule. Questions: Any and all questions about the interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents, or about any other matter affecting the Work or pertaining to the bid must be directed in writing on the form in Section 00 2115 - RFI Form to the: Architect Fuller and D'Angelo, P.C. 45 Knollwood Road . Bidders shall rely on answers contained in such addenda and shall not rely upon any oral answers given by any employee or agent of the Owner's Representative, Architect, Architect's Consultants, and Construction Manager. 1. RFI's not resulting in an addendum may be issued to all plan holders at the discretion of Architect.
