Pressure Wash and Restriping - DOA Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to pressure wash the top and bottom decks of the facility, including three stairwells, and restriping designated parking spots for the Division of Administration (DOA). The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to pressure wash the top and bottom decks of the facility, including three stairwells, and restriping designated parking spots for the Department of Administration (DOA) as per Attachment C - Specifications. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation. Failure to do so shall eliminate your bid from consideration. Please refer to Attachment A - Special Terms and Conditions page 4 for complete details of this requirement. Upon Agreement of the State of Louisiana Agency and the Contractor, a Term Contract May Be Extended for 2 Additional 12-month Periods at the Same Prices, Terms and Conditions. In Such Cases, the Total Contract Term Cannot Exceed 36 Months.
