Liquidated Damages will be assessed at $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which work is not substantially completed beyond the date set as the completion date in the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5 percent of the base bid and all additive alternates in the form of either a certified check or a bid bond.
