Pre-Bid Meeting - Please contact Jeff Grimes to schedule: 360.952.3482 Deadline for questions: May 3, 2025 ESD 112 seeks a contractor for a roof replacement at our Main Campus located at 2500 NE 65th Ave,Vancouver, WA 98681. Work to Include: o Complete tear-off of existing rolled torch-down roofing and replace any dry rot in the sheathing. o Install new TPO roofing membrane. o Add additional crickets for 8 new additional downspouts - 4 to the northside, and 4 to the southside. o Add 12" - 20"in height to the existing parapets in order to accommodate all the crickets. o There will be no rigid ISO/EPS insulation at the roofing surface for this phase of the re-roofing, so do not figure this into your bid. o Include a dumpster, hauling, and fees into your bids. o Include all ribbed sheet metal to match existing caps and parapets facing.
