Notice is hereby given that Educational Service District 112 (ESD 112), Vancouver, WA shall receive bids for a roof replacement at our main campus. SCOPE OF WORK ESD 112 seeks a contractor to install Fire Marshal required Double Check Valves in each Fire Sprinkler Riser Room of our 2500 & 2200 Buildings. Work to Include: o This is a Prevailing Wage Project to install Fire Marshal required Double Check Valves in each Fire Sprinkler Riser Room of our 2500 & 2200 Buildings. o Must be on the city of Vancouver's Approved list of contractors for this type of work. o All improvements and additions to the fire sprinkler systems to be added to the "left" of each riser, staying away from the existing electrical and transformer equipment. o Include all required permits, fees, and inspections, and complete inspection meeting with the city and fire marshal with your own staff. o Include any system shut-downs and test-mode call ins and schedule any shutdowns to before or after hours and not during the 7:30am to 4:30pm normal business hours. o NOTE: Be aware ofthe existing 5" main fire sprinkler trunk size, and figure on the proper adapter to bring the existing system up to par with new materials.
