Evergreen Public Schools Infrastructure Wiring and Communication Systems ERstablish a long-term contract for data, telephone, video, and other infrastructure installation wiring. A Performance and Payment Bond is not required to be submitted as part of the initial Contract. However, for some projects, the District reserves the right to request a Performance and Payment Bond for that Project. This includes but is not limited to physical security systems, video and surveillance systems, clocks/bells/public address/Intercom systems, and network systems, structured cabling systems, audio and sound amplification systems. Installation of miscellaneous telecommunications lines and infrastructure hardware, such as alarm circuits, elevator lines, internal and external bells, overhead paging and wire, UPS systems, etc. Installing/moving network cabling and hardware, and providing patch cables as requested. Patch cables must be the color of the corresponding device or station connection. Extending lines and circuits. Installing or extending data drops for CATV, designing and installing CATV systems, and other video applications.
