Clark Regional Wastewater District (District), a special purpose district located in Clark County in southwest Washington, is requesting submissions of Proposals from firms interested in providing engineering services to support the Neil Kimsey Regional Force Main Upgrade Project. The selected firm shall provide preliminary and final design and construction support services to increase the capacity of the Neil Kimsey Regional Pump Station by extending an unused 22-inch force main approximately 3.25 miles from the NE 209th Street cul-de-sac, just east of Interstate 5, to an existing discharge structure located at approximately NE 155th Street and NE 20th Ave in Vancouver, WA. Free vendor registration is required to use this platform.
