Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Description of Work: This Project Will Retrofit Nine (9) Existing Catch Basins and Curb Inlets Along Ne 99th Street, Between Interstate 5 and Ne Hazel Dell Avenue, by Installing Storm water Filter Catch Basins or Curb Inlets Upstream of the Existing Catch Basins or Curb Inlets. These Filtration Structures Will Provide Water Quality Treatment Before the Runoff is Discharged to Suds Creek and Salmon Creek. Curb and Gutter Replacement, Sidewalk Replacement, and Pavement Restoration Will Also Be Completed as Required. Primary Bid Items: Mobilization; Project Temporary Traffic Control; Storm water Filter Catch Basin; Storm water Filter Curb Inlet; Hot Mix Asphalt; Planing Bituminous Pavement; Cement Concrete Sidewalk; Cement Concrete Traffic Curb and Gutter. Clark County Accepts No Responsibility or Liability and Will Provide No Accommodation to Bidders Who Fail to Check for Addenda and Submit Inadequate or Incomplete Bids. Questions and Requests for Clarification Must Be Submitted Using the Electronic "Crp Inquiry Submittal Form" Located on the County at online. Each Bid Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Proposal Bond in an Amount of at Least Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into a Contract and Furnish a Satisfactory Contract Bond, the Bid Deposit Shall Be Forfeited to Clark County.
