2500 HVAC Replacement Question Deadline 05/20/2025 Refer all questions in writing to: Jeff Strunk, Director of Purchasing & Facilities Educational Service District 112 Jeff.Strunk@esd112.org SCOPE OF WORK ESD seeks a qualified contractor to replace 3 RTUs at our main campus located at 2500 NE 65 th Ave Vancouver, WA 98661. See attached roof-map for locations of the RTUs. We are replacing RTU #s 9, 11 and 13 (in red on the map) on the north end of our 2500 building. A site visit is recommended prior to bidding bring a 16 ladder. Work to include: Two of the units are for our north server room, so no heater packs are required. The third unit is for our reception area, and it requires electricheating elements - no gas is available. Include curbs, and any curb adapters if required due to the new units size/shape variance. No ducting will be replaced. Include crane fees for removal of old units and setting of the new units. Include new programmable thermostats to replace existing. Include testing of new units and set to owners parameters. Include all permits and fees in your bid.
