West 16th Pump Station Improvements for the following: This Contract provides for the complete replacement of the West 16th Pump Station and force main located at 2321 W Mill Plain Boulevard, Vancouver, WA. The Work includes removal of existing infrastructure, construction of a new submersible pump station with a new 40 feet deep and 10 feet in diameter wet well, abandonment of the existing force main, construction of the new force main and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plan Set, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications, hereinafter referred to as Work. The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 135 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. Groundwater dewatering discharge to the Westside Wastewater Treatment Facility effluent outfall is limited to the dry season (July-October).
