Pier 2 Damage Repairs A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid will be required with good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the City. The City of Kodiak reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids. The CONTRACTOR shall achieve Final Completion no later than June 1, 2026. The cleat shall be substantially complete and operational by September 15, 2025. Question Deadline 05/06/2025 Bidders shall notify the City Engineer of any error, omission, or inconsistency that may be discovered during examination of the bidding Documents and the proposed construction Site. Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the City Engineer and shall arrive at least 7 Calendar Days prior to the date for opening Bids. Oral questions may be presented at a pre-bid conference if one is provided for in the Bidding Documents.
