Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harkers Island, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Carteret County Government is seeking competitive proposals to remove and replace up to seventeen (17) finger piers at the Harkers Island Harbor of Refuge located at 206 Island Road, Harkers Island, NC 28531. The contractor shall abide by the details and shall refer to the associated diagrams in addition to the scope of work specified within the documents provided below. Site visits may be done by contacting Ashley Bennett, Purchasing Agent, at 252-728-8410. Guarantee of Work The Contractor shall provide an unconditional guarantee on all materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. This guarantee shall cover any patent defects resulting from faulty materials, workmanship, or negligence. All such defects must be corrected by the Contractor at no additional cost to the owner. Payment Terms Payment will be made in one lump sum within thirty (30) consecutive days after final acceptance of the completed work.
