Replacement and rehabilitation of existing sewer collection system including lining of approximately 4,000 linear feet of sewer main and replacement of approximately 4,000 linear feet of sewer main. Questions must be received by 5:00 p.m. local time on April 30, 2025 sealed Bids for Sewer and Drainage System Improvements - Contract VII, CWSRF #16712 for replacement and rehabilitation of existing sewer collection system including lining of approximately 3,000 linear feet of sewer main and replacement of approximately 3,300 linear feet of sewer main. Substantial Completion: within 360 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time, Post Substantial Completion Punchlist complete (all Work except Warranty Inspection and final paving) within 420 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time and Warranty Inspection and final paving complete (ready for final payment) within 14 calendar days prior to expiration of the Warranty Period (351 days from Substantial Completion). Bid security at 5% of total Bid. Certified DBE participation goals: minimum 4.20% D/ MBE & 4.50% D/WBE applicable to total dollars paid under resulting Contract.
