Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Guelph, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: College Ave Infrastructure Improvements Phase 2. This project involves reconstruction of College Avenue West between Gordon Street and University Avenue West. The scope of work includes replacement of existing wastewater sewers, replacement of existing watermain, construction of a new protected cycle track along College Avenue West, construction of new curb and sidewalk, and construction of a new protected intersection at Gordon Street and College Avenue West. The project is to be completed over two (2) construction seasons, in three (3) stages. Stage 1A (intersection) and 1B (Gordon to Borden) are to be completed in 2025 and have milestone incentives associated with them. There is also an additional milestone incentive for completing the entire south boulevard works in 2025. These milestones and stages are in place due to the proximity of the project and to ensure consistent access to the University of Guelph and the Ontario Veterinary College's After Hours Emergency Clinic. The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
