The Kenai Peninsula Borough and the Seward Bear Creek Flood Service Area (SBCFSA) are seeking qualified contractors to complete channel construction and sediment extraction, identified as unclassified excavation at the Salmon Creek through the Nautical subdivision identified in the attached documents. The project consists of constructing a creek channel and removing unclassified excavation per design drawing specification. Project is approximately 7,800 river feet. If submitting a hard copy bid, these forms must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name on the outside and clearly marked: BID: ITB25-060 Streambed Maintenance of Upper Kwechak Creek According to the State of Alaska Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), small and minority businesses, veteran businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to bid.
