Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded as being a plan holder. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to Construction of Forresta Village Storm Sewer Facilities for West Park MUD, Harris County, Texas. Scope of Project: 89 LF of 42-inch storm sewer and appurtenances 464 LF of 48-inch storm sewer and appurtenances 1,447 LF of 60-inch storm sewer and appurtenances 42 LF of 5'x4' RCB storm sewer and appurtenances 12-inch water line offset and 10 LF 36-inch steel encasement A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
