Site Directions: From I-94/I41: Exit 347 for Lakeview Parkway/165/Q. Travel east on Lakeview Parkway. Turn right (south) onto 120th Ave. Turn left onto 116th Ave. Northern limit of project is the terminus of 116th Ave, east of Premium Outlets, south of Breeze Terrace Apartments. Southern limit of project is 120th Ave, approximately 1,400 north of 122nd Street/ML. Description: The goal of the project is to extend 116th Ave south from its current terminus to intersect with 120th Ave (East Frontage Road). The project consists of one prime Contract and generally of the following scope items: Improvements for 116th Avenue: +-3,190 linear feet, more or less, of 116th Avenue extension, including: o Roadway corridor grading, paving, and striping o Storm sewer, watermain, sanitary force main, and sanitary sewer installation o Detention Pond construction and stabilization o Existing 6" Sanitary force main abandonment and/or removal o Removal of existing sanitary sewer and manholes o Identification and haul-off of unsuitable materials o Installation of +-97 linear feet, more or less, of 3' x 12' concrete box culvert o Installation of +-136 linear feet, more or less, of 19"x30" Elliptical RCP culvert o Installation of +-200 linear feet, more or less, of 5' x 16' concrete box culvert o Miscellaneous work associated with site preparation, earthwork, drainage improvements, erosion control, existing utility removal, utility installations, traffic control, signage installation, pavement marking, landscaping, etc. Improvements for 120th Avenue (I-94 EFR): +-1,875 linear feet, more or less, of 120th Avenue northbound lane widening, including: o Roadway grading, paving, and striping o Pavement milling and removal o Watermain hydrant and valve adjustments o Miscellaneous work associated with site preparation, earthwork, drainage improvements, erosion control, traffic control, signage installation, pavement marking, landscape improvements, etc.
