Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Florence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Independence is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Project includes the reconstruction and widening of Production Drive and Production Court in the City of Independence with new asphalt pavement and concrete curb and gutters. Project also includes drainage improvements including grading and storm sewer upgrades. No bid may be withdrawn, once the bid has been deposited with the Owner, except in accordance with Kentucky Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Section 102.11. All bids shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening.
