Madison St. Pontiac, IL 61764 (815)844-6378 ahartley@livingstoncountyil.gov Scope Livingston County is requesting proposals that provide for the replacement of boilers at the Law & Justice Center located at 110 N. Main St. in Pontiac Illinois. All proposals shall include all permits, labor, supervision, materials, transportation, services, etc., to complete the minimum requirements outlined below. Minimum Requirements: Demolition: Provide the labor and material to remove (2) Aerco 3.0 Benchmark boilers in their entirety. Provide the labor and material to remove the existing hot water supply and return piping to the nearest point of reconnection. Provide the labor and material to remove the existing gas piping to the nearest point of reconnection. Provide the labor and material to remove the existing wiring to the nearest point of reconnection. Provide the labor and material to remove the existing flue piping to the vertical rise from the boiler room. Provide the labor and material to cap the remaining flue piping, both in the boiler room and on the roof. Install to Code: Install (1) new Reillo Array AR 4000 High Efficiency Condensing Boiler, conforming to manufacturer's required piping configuration & sizing. Drill thru wall to install new horizontal vent. Provide new plastic venting from boiler room through east wall of Law and Justice Center Provide gas, electrical, and water reconnections from unit to building. Provide all needed signals to our Johnson Controls program (Metasys). Provide outdoor air reset control to allow boiler to self-adjust temperature between 120-180F Provide training for boiler operation. Applicable codes and standards include, but are not limited to: Illinois Accessibility Code Illinois Environmental Barriers Act Federal ADA Accessibility Standards International Building Code National Electric Code Illinois Energy Conservation Code Illinois State Plumbing Code International Plumbing Code International Fuel Gas Code Fire Prevention and Safety Rules NFPA 54 - National Fuel Gas Code All applicable Local and Municipal Codes and Ordinances
