Purpose of the contract 1.1 The OMHM is proceeding with a public call for tenders for the replacement of the Fire Alarm Panel and accessory work, at the Alfredo Gagliardi residence (922) 7170 to 7182, rue Berri, Montréal, QC, H2R 2E3 Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension,. 1.2 The project consists of performing all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes; Replacement of the main fire alarm panel Migration of existing components to the new panel with programming The addition of autonomous alarms in each bedroom of the dwellings. 1.3 The work will be carried out in a 7-storey building comprising a total of 96 units for senior citizens. 1.4 During the work, the units will be occupied by 2.1 According to current planning, work is scheduled to start as soon as the letter of commitment is signed, but this date may be modified by OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for extra on the part of the successful bidder. 2.2 The work must be carried out within a maximum of 120 working days from the date confirmed for the start of work in the letter of commitment.
