The proposed work is officially known as LUNT AVENUE MFT ROAD RECONSTRUCTION which includes a resurfacing from Lee Street to Barry Street and a full-depth asphalt reconstruction from Barry Street to Mannheim Road in Rosemont, Illinois, as further described in the contract documents for the said work prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (CBBEL). Bid proposals for this project will be considered not only on the basis of cost, but also on past performance, experience and ability to perform the work. The Village of Rosemont reserves the right to accept the proposal deemed to be in its own best interest based on all the above considerations. Bids will be acted upon by the President and Board of Trustees. Est.
