Site work for a civil project in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 05/16/2025 Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening the bids will not be answered. Contract consists of the construction of a new submersible pump station with valve vault, incoming sewer and manholes, condition monitoring structure, detention chamber, approximately 820 lineal feet of 4-inch forcemain, and abandonment of the existing pump station and appurtenances to be constructed. All bids must be submitted on district bid proposal forms only prequalifies contractors who have obtained the bid package may submit a bid. Bid bond, Certified Check - 5% The contractor shall commence work within 10 days after the date of written notice from the district to begin and shall complete all work with in 620 calendar days. the District has established subcontractor goals for Building Construction (21% MBE and 10% WBE) and non building construction (10% MBE and 10% WBE) in the amount of $50,000 or more. Work forche goal requirements of 37% of MBE, 11% of women and 46% of Apprentice.
